Using the Finch App To Improve My Routines

It’s no secret that I love this app. I don’t tend to stick to self care apps long, but I’ve yet to miss a day checking in with Daisy!

One of the apps recent updates added “journeys” so, I opted to use the app to help me better my life.

My content has taken a backseat as of late. There have been things in my personal life that I have been trying to get on top of.
I’m still learning as I go regarding managing my time, and life in general, better. I’m making small progress, and that’s okay with me.

Routine Changes & How I Deal With Them

As a person, I always thrive when I have a routine in place. I find myself feeling lost and unorganised without one.

Also, having something to focus on leaves me with less time to entertain any detrimental thoughts my disorders might bring my way. A day off schedule can stress me out to the extent that I often lose track of time, the days and my symptoms flare up.

Self-development plans for 2022!

I feel more optimistic for 2022 than I have done for any new year previously. Towards the end of 2021, I realised that I was in dire need of change in my life, so decided to finally put the work in. I feel as if I’ve set some good foundations to work from, and I have plans for 2022.
