Splitting focus & why I’ve been struggling to complete tasks

I was looking over the goals that I’ve set for myself this year, and I noticed something.
It’s not that I set unattainable goals; it’s my ability to focus on something I set out to do that has been the ultimate hindrance.
Even when I started this post, I ended up opening other tabs on my browser and looking up things that I could’ve researched before I’d even started writing.

My focus tends to be scattered in many different directions, even when I am working on content, so that is something that I will need to work on.
