Social media, for better or worse, has become a huge aspect of daily life.
Often times, it can have an unwanted impact on my life and mental health.
Namely, Facebook, that app tends to leave me feeling far worse than I did before I started doom-scrolling.

Goal Setting for the Remainder of 2022!


I think it might be safe to say that I am not alone in saying that a good percentage of the goals I set at the start of 2022 have gone by the way side.

Plans To Step Out Of My Comfort Zone

Anxiety is a constant and unwanted presence in my life. It’s been flaring up more often for me as of late.
I’m still waiting for a therapy place, and I don’t have an appointment with my regular psychiatrist until the end of the month.

Until then, I’m going to make some plans for things to face my anxious fears; these will only be small for now. I can then report the results to my psychiatrist.
