Apologies for the lack of content yesterday. I haven’t been doing well, as of late.
My mental health takes a clattering around the time of my birthday, that’s always been the same, and the recent heatwaves have left me feeling unwell.
I struggle with pain in my wrists, knees, and ankles. When these flair up, it’s hard to maintain my routine. So, blogging went out the window.
I’m trying to get back on track, and I’ll be rearranging some content.
I’ll be talking about my unhealthy relationship with food and my self-destructive habits.

Anxiety is a constant and unwanted presence in my life. It’s been flaring up more often for me as of late.
I’m still waiting for a therapy place, and I don’t have an appointment with my regular psychiatrist until the end of the month.
Until then, I’m going to make some plans for things to face my anxious fears; these will only be small for now. I can then report the results to my psychiatrist.

Paranoia is thinking and feeling like you are being threatened in some way, even if there is no evidence, or very little evidence, that you are. Paranoid thoughts can also be described as delusions. There are lots of different kinds of threat you might be scared and worried about.Mind.org
Paranoid thoughts are something that trouble me frequently; they are one of the worst symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. In my opinion.
