It’s been a little while since I posted content here, hasn’t it? I had been feeling quite out of sorts, but naively decided to ignore the signs that my mental health and wellbeing were flagging, and just carried on with life as normal. Of course, this inevitably caught up with me, leading to a nervous breakdown.
During that period, I had contemplated giving up on writing for good. I couldn’t stop crying, and it was triggering symptoms from my other disorders, so you can imagine how frantic and manic my thoughts had become.
I’m in a better place now and I’ve got my sights set on 2022. In today’s post, I’ll be talking about what I’ve got planned for the coming year, and plans for the journey of self-development that I am on.
