Plans To Step Out Of My Comfort Zone

Anxiety is a constant and unwanted presence in my life. It’s been flaring up more often for me as of late.
I’m still waiting for a therapy place, and I don’t have an appointment with my regular psychiatrist until the end of the month.

Until then, I’m going to make some plans for things to face my anxious fears; these will only be small for now. I can then report the results to my psychiatrist.

Using the Finch App To Improve My Routines

It’s no secret that I love this app. I don’t tend to stick to self care apps long, but I’ve yet to miss a day checking in with Daisy!

One of the apps recent updates added “journeys” so, I opted to use the app to help me better my life.

Routine Changes & How I Deal With Them

As a person, I always thrive when I have a routine in place. I find myself feeling lost and unorganised without one.

Also, having something to focus on leaves me with less time to entertain any detrimental thoughts my disorders might bring my way. A day off schedule can stress me out to the extent that I often lose track of time, the days and my symptoms flare up.
