My mental health takes a clattering around the time of my birthday, that’s always been the same, and the recent heatwaves have left me feeling unwell.
I struggle with pain in my wrists, knees, and ankles. When these flair up, it’s hard to maintain my routine. So, blogging went out the window.
I’m trying to get back on track, and I’ll be rearranging some content.
I always aim to be as transparent as possible when it comes to my mental health. So, todays post will be a quick entry about what’s been going on for me.
