For the most part, my experience with licensed video games has been hit, or miss.
In today’s post, I’ll be sharing some of my favourite licensed video games!

Kingdom Hearts
A JRPG that mixes Final Fantasy-esque worlds, combined with the worlds of Disney? It was the crossover we didn’t know we needed, but one we’re grateful was convinced.

Aladdin
The Sega version of this title was worked on by Disney animators, and it holds up well to this day. The stages also have music from the movie, as well.
At the time of this post, I have yet to play Capcom’s take on the license.

Batman: Arkham Asylum
In my opinion, this is the quintessential “superhero” game. The formula has been replicated, but not perfected.
The gameplay is smooth and responsive, the environments are aesthetically pleasing, and the voice acting is incredibly.

I actually have a lot of love for the Blade Runner game on PC (play the original as the remaster is…erm…not great) and The Thing on PS2!

I played a lot of Transformers games when I was starting out as a gamer. I have all of them on Steam except for the movie-based ones which I played on Xbox years ago.
Unfortunately, the licensing agreement between Activision and Hasbro expired so all of the games got purged from the market. But I still have them on Steam so I can still play them.
