This post is going to be rough, by this I mean I’m just writing as I go, without running it through a checker.
I’m not feeling great today, but I’ve got some things that I’d like to talk about.
I’ve been struggling to get back on track with my blogging schedule, but I needed that extended break that I took, and I don’t regret it.
It’ll just take time to regain the consistency I once had. I’m not in a rush to fix it, though. There are other areas of my life that need to be prioritised, for now.
I’m still struggling, a little, here. There have been a series of events that have set me back, but I’m working through them.
I’m also currently on session seven of an eight week trauma related group therapy, and that’s going well. Although, I am apprehensive about what I’ll be doing afterwards, but I’ll work it out.
I’m Taking Part In A Charity Event!
For the month of November, I’ll be taking part in a charity event for the mental health charity Samaritans. I’ll be doing yoga daily.
The charity means, a lot, to me and I want to get into practice yoga daily, so this is the perfect entry point!
