Anxiety is a constant and unwanted presence in my life. It’s been flaring up more often for me as of late.
I’m still waiting for a therapy place, and I don’t have an appointment with my regular psychiatrist until the end of the month.
Until then, I’m going to make some plans for things to face my anxious fears; these will only be small for now. I can then report the results to my psychiatrist.
Order & Drink In A Cafe By Myself
Going to a cafe or coffee shop alone won’t be the first time I’ve done this, but I feel this is the perfect starting point for trying to quell my anxiety.
There are at least three within walking distance from where I am, so I’m not spoiled for choice. I will likely post about it on my personal Instagram account; click here for that profile.
Streaming Video Games!
I have dabbled with streaming before, but I am always put off by my voice.
It’s a little husky, which has been pointed out negatively by people in my life.
Since then, I have been reluctant to try again and find excuses not to do it. Namely lack of equipment. While I don’t have the best setup, I could adequately stream with what I have.
I’m unsure when I’ll attempt this, but it will happen.
