I was looking for movies to write about recently, and I came across a few titles that left me feeling nostalgic.
In this post, I’ll be talking about movies I enjoyed as a child. I might even talk about them in the future!
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie!
This was the first movie that I remember seeing in the cinema! I am still a big fan of the Power Rangers, and I always enjoy re-watching this movie.
It hasn’t aged that well, but that’s part of the charm for me. It’s cheesy 90’s goodness at it’s finest!
Pokémon: The First Movie!
I remember everyone in my year at school being incredibly excited for this. A whole new Pokémon? Imagine that! (At the time, it was a big deal)
Of course, I remember all the rumours around being able to find Mew under the truck in the original Pokémon games. Sadly, that was a lie.
Space Jam
This movie gave me the incredible idea to play basketball, professionally, in the NBA. This was obviously nixed because I was assigned female at birth.
I was also too short to join the WNBA, oh what could’ve been. It’s still one of my favourite movies regardless, though.
