
I’ve been using the Finch app for a while now. It has become an integral part of my daily routine!
In todays post, I’ll be talking about the positive impact that it has had on my life!

My productivity has improved a decent amount since using this app. I’ll admit that I am still not the most organised person, but I’ve found setting goals the night before has helped me reach my goals.
7 times out of 10, I’m able to complete my list, or at least half of it. While that doesn’t sound impressive on the outside, for someone like me, that is huge progress!

The app has recently added the option to add friends. I’ve enjoyed making this part of my routine, as well.
I like to send strength to the other finches in the morning, I’m unsure what time zone those on my friends list are on, but I can imagine a little boost throughout the day is appreciated!

The weekly “feels” report has also been beneficial for me, with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) my moods are often static and hard for me to keep track off manually.
I can use this when talking to my therapist.
