We’ve all been there, haven’t we? Sometimes it’s even self-inflicted!
After I brought a lovely bout of it to my body, I figured I could share what helped me get through it!
Bear in mind that the advice I offer is from my own experience.

If you are struggling, seek professional help.
Firstly you need to accept that you are dealing with burnout. That is the first and most important step to getting through it.
Take A Break!
If your projects are getting to you, it’s time to walk away from them.
This doesn’t have to be permanent. Sometimes time away will give you the clarity you need to complete
Maybe you’ll find scrapping it is what you need. Either way, you won’t get anywhere if you’re burnt out and frustrated.
Talk To Someone!
I’ve used this point in a lot of my mental health posts, haven’t I?! It works though! It really does!
Bottling up how you’re feeling never ends well, it’ll manifest itself anyway and you’ll feel worse off.
You can even text a friend to tell them you’re overwhelmed. You could receive help, or maybe even advice that’ll benefit you!
