Seeking Feedback For Mental Health Monday’s

Mental illness is a subject that is very important to me. As a person who lives with a few disorders, I cannot stand the stigma that surrounds them and how that makes people feel.

I’ve been writing about subjects that I am familiar with and giving advice whenever I can. I have also started studying other disorders too whilst the lockdown has been in place. Of course, these disorders I don’t have all the disorders I have been learning about, but I’m thinking about writing about new subjects based on that.

It’s something that I want to go into with the best intentions, but these subjects can get dark, maybe even triggering. I just need to find ways to word them, as well as give warnings.

I’m after feedback for my future ideas as well as my current mental health content. Any feedback would be appreciated.

  1. From what I’ve read you’ve covered topics and subjects with the best intentions. Unfortunately you may trigger or instigate some hurt feeling unintentionally, only advice I try to practise in what I do is to be as objective based as possible based on your research and be prepared to adapt to feedback. It’s great to research and look into new areas though 👍🏻

  2. All the post I’ve had the pleasure of reading from you gave an honest and informative look on mental health issues. I can relate a lot and can only say keep being awesome.
